The interior is composed of a bathroom with shower, a living-dining area with kitchenette and satellite tv that is in communication with a double bedroom. The sofa-bed in the living room, if necessary can be transformed in a large bed. From the bedroom and from the bathroom you can enjoy a direct view of San Gimignano

One third bathroom is available for guest sleeping in the sofa-bed of the sitting-room. From the kitchenette, from one double bedroom and its bathroom you can see San Gimignano. The living room and the kitchenette overlook a private open space, in the shade of a medlar, equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and barbecue from where you can enjoy a wonderful view on San Gimignano
